After purchase, you'll receive an email with download links. You can also access your patterns anytime through your account dashboard. All patterns are in PDF format and can be downloaded unlimited times.
Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we don't offer refunds on patterns. However, if you have trouble accessing or understanding a pattern, please contact us and we'll help you resolve the issue.
